Not a problem. Simply use an alternative cardboard box that you can obtain to ship back your knives. Please pack your knives correctly following the guidelines on our Shipping page.


Email us with your order number requesting a new return label. We'll email you a new label within 48 hours. Our email address can be found above and also on our Contact page.


Yes, but you'll have to place a new separate order using our sister company Blade & Butler. Details can be found on our Domestic Sharpening Page.


If you top and tail your knives you'll find that they fit inside the knife box. Remember that they arrived to you in the box so they'll definitely fit on their way back.


Wait until your new knife set arrives then pack up your old set and ship them back to us at your leisure. Remember to use the original return label with your old order for shipping back your old knives. Not the new return label with your new order. 


DPD have over 6000 parcel shops nationwide. Find your nearest DPD parcel shop here  and drop of your knives at your convenience.

If you do not have a shop local to you, return them using your own tracked courier at your cost.


Not a problem. Simply return what you can find. This is all covered and taken care for in our T&C's.


Yes. Not a problem at all.  We'll repair and re sharpen them.
